Built by Cape Cod Shipbuilding in 1979 and sailed by me as the sole owner since then. The boat is in excellent condition, lovingly maintained yearly by Roxburgh Marine at Captain's Cove in Bridgeport, CT.
Last winter, extensive bottom work, including fairing, painting etc. was done by Roxburgh to produce the equal of, if not better than, new condition.
Rigging is in excellent condition. She cames with a North mainsail several years old, a new jib from North purchased in 2014. Two spinnakers are older.
Boat cover and all equipment including winter cover and aluminum A-frame accompany the boat.
